Ontime Systems are able to offer alternatives for this facility including that of the individual employee's picture on his or her card. We can supply modestly priced electronic cameras and printing systems which, through the power of the PC, can store images of people, logos and text data. Images can be printed either onto thin card for encapsulation or directly onto blank PVC "Credit Cards".

Lost cards can be barred from the system and a replacement issued immediately. Some people are concerned with the potential misuse of a recently lost card before it can be removed from an access system and this can be a real concern where valuable information or materials are to hand within a building. The use of Personal Identification Numbers (PINS) or even Biometric Recognition, at very sensitive points, may be the solution.
