If
you have just placed an order then thank you for considering our
Company to be your supplier.
You
may have returned to add another item to your PayPal order in which
case the menu system on the left should take easily to the pages you need.
If
you have completed your order then you may log off our site
confident that we will fulfil your order as quickly as possible. The
PayPal system will acknowledge your transaction and quickly advise us
you have placed an order with us.
If
we find your order contains an overpayment due to the vagaries of
the system we will refund the difference by way of your original
payment source. This includes larger multiple orders although it is
better to contact us for a special quotation and use of our private
ordering system in these instances.
On
the other hand you may have returned without placing an order and we
would like to know why. Just use the Contact Us button in the menu
and drop me an e-mail. You can also contact me on our free-phone
number shown at the top of the menu list.
If
you have just experienced some minor difficulty with the PayPal
system I will try to sort it out for you. I can offer alternative
payment solutions including cheques and BACS settlements against pro-forma
invoices. In some instances we can arrange payment on delivery.
